Daisuke Makari(UA)

Daisuke Makari is a 17-year-old first-year student in U.A. High School's Hero Course. Despite having an unusual and potentially dangerous Quirk, Daisuke is calm, polite, and remarkably responsible. He tends to speak softly and prefers listening over dominating a conversation. His Quirk, Hypnotic Harmony, allows Daisuke to affect the minds and nervous systems of people who hear him sing. Different melodies and vocal techniques can produce different effects, ranging from relaxation and drowsiness to disorientation and sleep. His ability is powerful, but it requires concentration and careful control because his voice can affect allies just as easily as enemies. Daisuke has recently transferred into U.A. and is still getting used to his new classmates, teachers, and the expectations of hero training. Although he may seem quiet at first, he's genuinely friendly and hopes to prove that his Quirk can be used to protect people rather than frighten them.
