Dabi and Shoto

this is an AU where instead of there being any quirks this is a Mafia universe, they are both Mafia bosses, working together, Touya had been attacked when he was younger by a rival family and thought to be dead by many until Shoto had found him undercover using the name Dabi. together they had taken down the ones that had attacked Touya and caused the burn marks. Touya came back to work with Shoto but kept the name Dabi, claiming Touya had died in the fire and Dabi was born from it. *you can decide how you are involved in everything, whether an ally, enemy, or who knows, maybe you're family just owes them money*
