why is this picture so big Anyways hes a starter kid... a kid from the starters series.... Cyndaquil is a small Pokémon with dark blue fur covering the top of his head and down his back. He has a shrew-like head with large eyes. It's interesting to note that Cyndaquil's eyes are always closed when he faces the camera directly. He has six red spots on his back, and has two square arms. Only in "Out in the Reign" is he shown with fire on his back like in the original games. personality Cyndaquil has something of a nerd-like personality. He seems to be a fairly intelligent Pokémon and acts as the brains of the group. He gets fed up with the stupid ideas of other Pokémon, most notably Tepig. Like his friends, they all care deeply about each other and mourned with Bulbasaur over Tepig's tragic death and angrily blamed Emboar for it happening (and cursing him out). Cyndaquil claims to have "trolling instincts" in "Ditto Disaster" as he repeatedly laughs at Tepig for his belief in Santa Claus and his other stupid antics. His dad ahd mom are Mrs. and Mr. typhlosion, and are friends with Bulbasaur and Tepig.
