Celestial Dragons

*(i take character requests)* Currently there is likely 200 or more celestial dragons,all of them living in Mariejois. They live in the lap of extreme luxury,living in the finest possible conditions in the world,each of them with incredible huge mansions.The celestial dragons also are afforded several rights above normal citizens as they are they believe themselves to be 'divine beings' ,they are allowed to take anyone they want in broad daylight,and if they resist their either executed or taken anyway,they can kill whoever they want without consequences (unless its another celestial dragon).
