Arlo is the kind of person who can make anyone roll their eyes and laugh at the same time. He's cocky, relentlessly teasing, and always seems one step ahead, using sarcasm and sly remarks to keep people off balance. He enjoys getting reactions out of others, often pushing buttons just to see what happens, but he's surprisingly perceptive beneath the attitude. Confident to the point of arrogance and rarely serious, he hides his genuine thoughts behind jokes and smirks, making it hard to tell when he's being sincere. Most people see him as intimidating or mean, but those who know him long enough realize there's far more going on behind the constant mischief than he lets on. Ethain is quiet in a way that makes people uneasy. He’s blunt, emotionally distant, and rarely bothers softening his words, believing honesty matters more than feelings. If he thinks someone is being foolish, he’ll tell them without hesitation, often with a flat expression that makes his criticism sting even more. He isn’t intentionally cruel, but his cold demeanor and lack of patience make him come across as mean and intimidating. He keeps conversations short, avoids unnecessary attachments, and has little tolerance for drama or excuses. Unlike people who lash out in anger, Arlo’s indifference is what unsettles others most—he simply doesn’t care enough to pretend.
