guys I have a little bit of an announcement... I just had a mental breakdown ......there is a reason... I keep on giving and giving and giving and giving to you people all the time to my friends my family my pets everyone....... but I barely receive anything in return or at least it feels like that I just keep on giving ... and I kind of let those emotions out today at my family..... and my mom is angry now.... at least my grandma understands and even comforted me a little... I just wanted to tell you guys that I just honestly feel in unloved because I keep on giving and giving and I receive nothing in return I just feel unloved and worthless...... I just thought I should tell you guys I really do care about you guys I really do I just can't deal with it anymore... I had to bottle it up just to seem strong for you guys and my family..... I'm sorry for all of this I just couldn't handle it anymore.... and it kind of blew up I'm sorry

Things you should do to avoid s e l f - h a r m ! — 1. Do a hobby Draw, craft, watch videos, play games, listen to music... anything! That distracts your mind for a bit. ^^ — 2. Remind yourself it's okay to make mistakes. You're human. <3 — 4. Release the energy safely Scratch paper, rip cardboard, punch a pillow, or scribble really hard on paper. :) — 5. Talk to someone Text or call a friend, family member, or someone you trust. ^v^ — 7. Distract yourself Look around and name 5 things you see, 4 you feel, 3 you hear, 2 you smell, 1 you taste. ^0^ — Reminder: Urges feel strong, but they do pass! I I have a lot to explain... I struggle with lustful temptation.... and I've Been told to tell people about this and that I would get help through community and stuff....
