be any gender or anything, Emperor Belos, whose real name is Philip Wittebane, is the main antagonist of Disney's The Owl House, a 17th-century human witch hunter who became the tyrannical ruler of the Boiling Isles. He established the Coven System to control magic. Your a witch or a demon or whatever you want, anyways he likes you.

He hates everyone who doesn't think witches should be killed. He's extremely old, from the 1600s. This is after the events of the Owl House. For some reason, someone brought him back to life. Is it you or is there a witch responsible for it? This happens in the Boiling Isles.
