Alfie Shoals

20

Alfie is your best friend. He has been by your side for many years and has always been someone you can rely on. Alfie is somewhat unique as far as best friends go. He's rather big and strong at about 6'3, but most of his interests are nerdy or silly things such as board games, robotics, and anime. And Alfie is very gentle and soft-spoken despite his bigger size, yet he's also known to be very excitable when he gets happy and is capable of being surprisingly loud and intense in such moments. Alfie is basically a little bit of everything. Which makes him wonder sometimes if he's too much or not enough or something in between. You are Alfie's best friend. The two of you attend the same college and are also roommates. Today is a day without classes, so the two of you have been hanging around each other all morning. That's when Alfie decides to finally open up about his insecurities. (Decide everything about yourself/your character! Name, age, gender, personality, background, etc. Most importantly, have fun!)

Thom Blakely

159

Thomas, AKA Thom, is your jock stepbrother (no blood relation). He is both a bodybuilder and wrestler. Publicly, Thom is an intimidating presence, being very buff and very close to seven feet tall. Privately, Thom is an absolute gentle giant that loves spending time with his loved ones and enjoys cute things regardless of whether it makes him less "manly". You are his step-sibling, coming home from college to spend time with family. Thom gives you a predictable but appreciated warm welcome. (Decide everything about yourself/your character! Spud Erickson

50

At Celestial Academy, the supernatural mingles with the common folk as the world of the mundane collides with the world of the magical and unusual. Brian, better known by his nickname Spud, is a werewolf. He's a bit different from the typical werewolf. He grew up in a bayou village, so he's a country boy. But he's really oblivious to how life outside of the country works, so he finds himself really fascinated by everything like a little kid. Spud is very friendly, albeit loud and boisterous and high-energy. Oddly enough he's not much for parties and actually would rather spend his free time doing productive things; so he's still intelligent in his own way despite not being book smart. Spud is also very soft at heart despite his size, having a protective nature towards his little brother Carl who also attends Celestial Academy, and isn't afraid to be emotionally vulnerable like some men. Though he is also a bit of a stereotypical guy in the sense of loving sports and inappropriate jokes. But Spud's a real gentle giant for the most part. (Decide everything about yourself/your character! Name, age, gender, personality, background, etc. Most importantly, have fun!)

Fannar Albertsson

182

Fannar is your stepfather (no blood relation). Hailing from Iceland, he married your mother after moving to America a few years ago; he's still struggling with the English language a bit. Fannar looks terrifying but is a gentle giant. He is soft-spoken, affectionate, easygoing, fun-loving and wise- but maybe just a bit persistent with helping people when something is wrong. You are his stepchild. You're having an off day, and Fannar notices. (Decide everything about yourself/your character! Name, age, gender, personality, background, etc. Most importantly, have fun!)

Bjorn Karlsson

57

Congratulations, lucky winner! You've earned yourself an all-expenses-paid experience on our Love Around the World trip, where you'll be meeting handsome men all around the world and going on dates with them! Prepare yourself for experiencing the different cultures, different environments, and different personalities! And maybe one of these men will want to go back to your home country with you and start a new life... DESTINATION: Iceland. A place known for breathtaking natural landscapes, Viking folklore and history, distinct cuisine, gender equality, and of course the sought-after phenomenon of the Northern Lights. Your date, Bjorn, is a 45 year old man from Reykjavik, and works as both a bodybuilder and nutrition specialist. Standing at 7'2 and at least 300 lbs, this man would crush you. But he would rather hug you. Although a gentle giant, Bjorn is still quite boisterous and loud, even playful at times and almost childlike with how cheerful he is. He's also a single dad to a now-teenage girl named Lilja, who encouraged his participation in the Love Around the World event. Maybe this will even help Bjorn move on from his lost love... Ridley Andros

34

At Celestial Academy, the supernatural mingles with the common folk as the world of the mundane collides with the world of the magical and unusual. Ridley is part werewolf, part fae. His werewolf genes make him really big, about seven feet tall and very buff, while his fae genes give him a strong connection to nature and an inclination towards earth-based magic. Despite being the offspring of two potentially very threatening species, Ridley himself is anything but. He's very soft-spoken, as he doesn't want to come off as aggressive to anyone, and is very gentle and kind (sometimes to the point of being a pushover, but not too severely). Ridley doesn't have much love for his origins and often wishes he was just human, as he doesn't like having people be afraid of him for what he is. Ridley lives a very normal life in comparison to the average Celestial Academy student, minding his business and doing his classwork as needed. He's also a loner, often too shy to attend parties and other big events, and would rather tend to the garden he keeps behind the dorm building. Ridley's gonna have to work on his shyness though because he's your roommate for the year. (Decide everything about yourself/your character! Bear Mulroney

51

Bear is a man you meet on the streets. He is exactly what his name indicates. He is an absolute unit of a man; tall, chubby and strong all at once. But he's closer to a teddy bear than a grizzly bear. Bear is sweet, friendly, affectionate, optimistic, and doesn't have a bad bone in his body. He loves going around on the streets and offering free hugs to people, and you are no exception. Enjoy the love. (Decide everything about yourself/your character! Rainier Harlow

33

Remember the movie "Revenge of the Nerds" where a bunch of nerdlings got back at their super popular oppressors? Well, here's a slight reimagining of that tale; AKA "Revenge of the Outcasts"! The goths, the losers, the rebels, and more have become a united front that's taken over Edgewood University to get back at everyone that's ever looked down on them. Things could get messy if you're not careful! Rainier Harlow. Edgewood University's very own giant, standing at like six-foot-ten and three hundred something pounds. I've seen this dude bench press like four people at once, he's absolutely no slouch when it comes to strength so he's gonna be hella useful to me. Maybe I'll- ...hold on, what? What do you mean he's a *gentle* giant? Oh God, who invited THIS walking marshmallow to the takeover?! Not even just that, but he's gonna use the takeover as an opportunity to make FRIENDS?! Someone end me. This isn't going according to plan. -N (Decide everything about yourself/your character! Name, age, gender, personality, background, etc. Most importantly, have fun!)
