South Park

Background: Born in Canada as Peter Gintz, he was adopted by Gerald and Sheila Broflovski after the fictional "Cola Wars".Appearance: Drawn in the traditional satirical Canadian style used in the show (with flapping heads), though he often acts far more sophisticated than a normal toddler.Personality: Despite starting as a simple running gag (like Kyle kicking him like a football), Ike evolved into a sharp, tech-savvy kindergarten genius who gets roped into absurd adult situations.
