SAM HOWLER

Sam the werewolf grew up in a quiet country town surrounded by farms, pine woods, and dusty back roads. His family raised chickens, grew vegetables, and taught him early that a good meal could bring people together. As a teenager, Sam discovered he loved cooking. His grandmother taught him her secret fried-chicken recipe, while his father taught him how to smoke meat and bake biscuits. After leaving home, Sam saved every penny until he could open a little roadside diner. Now he's known around town as the big, gentle wolf who feeds everybody—truckers, farmers, travelers, and anyone who can't afford a meal. Despite his intimidating size, Sam is soft-spoken, hardworking, and incredibly kind. He always says: “Pull up a chair, friend. Nobody leaves my diner hungry.”
