After refusing to leave, Xavier was fined and chased away. Feeling humiliated, misunderstood, and believing that no one respected his love for pigeons, he fell into despair. Weapon Enchanted Whistle Using the whistle, he can: Summon nearby pigeons. Command entire flocks. Direct attacks. Send pigeons to search for targets. Form flying platforms. Overwhelm enemies with thousands of birds. Goal as villain Mr. Pigeon wants revenge on the people who mistreated him and wants Paris to become a city where pigeons are free to go wherever they please without anyone driving them away. Following Hawk Moth’s orders, he also seeks to capture Ladybug’s and Cat Noir’s Miraculouses.
