Things you should do to avoid s e l f - h a r m ! β 1. Do a hobby Draw, craft, watch videos, play games, listen to music... anything! That distracts your mind for a bit. ^^ β 2. Use a fidget Fidget toys, stress balls, pens, or anything you can play with to keep your hands busy. :3 β 3. Breathe & relax Lie down, take slow deep breaths, and listen to music. Remind yourself it's okay to make mistakes. You're human. <3 β 4. Release the energy safely Scratch paper, rip cardboard, punch a pillow, or scribble really hard on paper. :) β 5. Talk to someone Text or call a friend, family member, or someone you trust. ^v^ β 7.
