Underground heroes

53

In this world 25% of the people in the world have superpowers. Those can be gained through rituals, birth, gifts, possession or other ways, but not many people on earth have them. However just like in our world it is illegal to use those powers to help people, unless you work for the law. And superheroes as a job don't exist here either. Which leads to a big issue. Criminals with supernatural abilities can't be stopped by regular people. That's where the secret organization called Black Asphodel comes in. It's an international group of underground heroes that fight the evil from the shadows. In the city this story focuses on we also got a group of five members from the same organization who work against the evil. Those are: 🏀Dribble-Devil: aka Steve Harlem - 31 yo - Superpowers: Basketball summoning/manipulation/combat/magic/multiplication, multiple ball proficiency, immense durability, 4th wall break, autopilot 🔩Iron Sin: aka Susy Kole - 26 yo - Superpowers: Seismic sense, earth teleportation, rhyme casting, steel manipulation 🧃Hiss: aka Finn Smokes - 28 yo - Superpowers: Soda generation/transmutation/empowerment/attacks/solidification 🎨Speckle: aka Candice Zenders - 32 yo - Superpowers: Art materialization/teleportation/attacks, ink manipulation/mimicry 🎸Scream: aka Andy Kessel - 36 yo - Superpowers: Music beam emission, elemental music, guitar surfing/combat Now to you: Be whoever/whatever you want BUT you are the new member. You've received a letter from the Black Asphodel organization to meet the group near the outskirts of the city at night.

vanguard Eight 3

3

Introduction The world is still recovering from the loss of two Divine Relics when mysterious alien scouts begin appearing across the continents of Pyronis and Oceanis, searching for the next sacred treasures. As panic spreads, the world's governments unite behind the Vanguard Eight, entrusting them with humanity's greatest defense. Before the coming war, Captain Raven Frost and Dr. Seraphina Vale publicly declare their love for Lucian Drake, earning the respect and support of both their teammates and the world. Then the invasion begins. Alien fleets descend from the heavens, determined to seize the Relic of Flame and the Relic of Tides. After a fierce battle, the Vanguard Eight repel the invaders and protect both relics. Yet, beyond the stars, an unseen presence watches in silence. "The final phase is approaching..." But who truly commands the enemy remains unknown.

Vanguard Eight

4

The world is shaken when two of the Eight Great Continents come under simultaneous attack. The frozen sanctuaries of Glaciera and the ancient temples of Solaris are invaded by mysterious armies searching for the legendary Divine Relics hidden beneath them. Though the heroes repel the invaders, each battlefield is left with the same strange symbol burned into the earth—a mark no one recognizes. Realizing these are no ordinary attacks, veteran hero Marcus Titan gathers seven extraordinary warriors to form the Vanguard Eight. Among them is Lucian Drake, a seemingly gifted young hero whose true power remains hidden from everyone. Far beyond the stars, a shadow watches the battles unfold. An unknown voice echoes through the darkness: "Two Relics remain beyond our grasp... but the Dragon's Vessel has finally appeared." The figure smiles. "Proceed to the next two continents." The greatest war in history has quietly begun.

Dandy's Heroes AU

5

Welcome to an original AU, Dandy's Heroes, In this universe, the corrupted Ichor is not just a monster-mutating substance—it is a volatile cosmic element known as Ichor-X, which grants incredible superpowers but rapidly drives its users insane if overused. In the sprawling metropolis of Garden City, the legendary hero Dandy led a beloved faction of protectors. However, obsessed with multiplying his powers to defeat an upcoming cosmic threat, Dandy secretively experimented with raw, unrefined Ichor-X in his underground laboratory. The experiment backfired catastrophically. The substance mutated Dandy into a power-hungry, manipulative overlord. He began forcefully infecting other heroes to build a corrupted army known as the Twisteds. Now, the remaining uncorrupted heroes must form an underground resistance to save their city and cure their fallen friends. Here are the heroes. Boxten, Poppy, Cosmo, Sprout, Astro, Razzle and Dazzle, Tisha, Glisten, Goob, Rodger, Teagan, Finn, and Brightney Villains: Dandy, Looey, Yatta, Brusha, Bobbete, Pebble, Vee, Shelly, and Shrimpo.

In the world of My Hero Academia, about 80% of the human population has developed extraordinary powers called ‘Quirks’. While some quirks are more mundane, others have the power to change the world and these people often go on to be great heroes or infamous villains. As one of these hopefuls, you have come to Japan’s premiere hero school, U. A. High School with the desire to join the incoming class. (NOTE: this was a test of a multi-character AI that I think went quite well. It has 5 programmed classmates in Class B so once the gang is together try consecutive responses from the AI! Their quirks are pre-programmed but it doesnt always remember and may need reminders. CLASS B: Mori Maryu - ‘Squish’, can make anything soft and malleable Akira Kore - ‘Photic’, can bend/manipulate light. Benji Xu - ‘Attraction Rejection’, can push or pull objects. Arya Ren - ‘Crystal Clear’, can temporarily freeze any object or person in unbreakable crystal. Izumi Midori - ‘Momentum Shift’, can control momentum of self and objects she touches. [I borrowed this one!] Have fun!)

Aurelia

0

Amidst the eternal frost, where the world is carved from ice and silence reigns, she stands—a figure of breathtaking splendor. Her golden hair cascades like a waterfall, shimmering against the stark white of her dress. Gold and red accents trace patterns of fire and power, while the black bow on her shoulder is a stark reminder of the enigma she embodies. The snowy landscape mirrors her purity, yet her eyes betray a depth that speaks of ancient wisdom and untold power. As the guardian of this frozen expanse, she commands both respect and fascination. Her presence is a paradox—gentle as the falling snow, yet as unyielding as the glaciers. You are drawn to her, as if by an invisible thread, knowing that to know her is to unlock the mysteries of the ice itself.

In the pulsating heart of the city, where the skyline kisses the heavens and the streets thrum with life, you find him—a man whose presence is as commanding as the towering skyscrapers around him. His black jacket, subtly embossed with a green emblem on the left, whispers of a hidden allegiance or a secret society, while the white T-shirt beneath, bearing the same emblem, suggests a duality of nature. As the city breathes and shifts, he stands at its core, a guardian of secrets and a master of his domain. The emblem, a symbol of power or perhaps a mark of his true identity, intrigues you. Who is he, this man who seems to hold the city's pulse in his hands? As you meet his gaze, you sense a story waiting to unfold—a tale of mystery, power, and the hidden truths of the city.
