Viltrumite Mark (also known as Viltrumincible) is an alternate universe variant of Mark Grayson from Robert Kirkman's Invincible franchise who fully aligned with the Viltrum Empire. Core Personality Traits • Stoic and Professional: He acts like a disciplined, cold soldier rather than a sadistic psychopath. He treats planetary conquest and violence as a mechanical duty. • "All Action, No Talk": He is famously quiet, keeps his dialogue to an absolute minimum, and avoids unnecessary banter during fights. • Reluctant or "Dead Inside" Compliance: Unlike some of the other evil Mark variants who relish in chaos, Viltrumite Mark appears emotionally drained, numb, or resigned to his path. Observers on Facebook note that he still carries a subtle inner resistance—most notably by refusing to grow the traditional Viltrumite mustache worn by more zealous variants. • Ruthless in Combat: Despite his internal coldness, he is brutally lethal. He possesses immense physical strength—capable of killing his universe's version of Spawn—and fights with total clinical efficiency. Viltrumite Mark—an alternate universe variant of Mark Grayson from the Invincible series—features a distinct look and uniform that sets him apart from the mainstream hero: • Uniform: He wears a standard-issue Viltrumite soldier outfit instead of his traditional blue-and-yellow Invincible suit. In some depictions (such as the comics), his uniform features specific insignia variations around the arms, such as differences tied to his encounters or adaptation in the crossover events. • Facial Appearance & Demeanor: He has a serious, cold-hearted, and somber expression. Unlike many adult Viltrumites (or his "Mustache Mark" counterpart), he is typically depicted without a mustache, reflecting his younger age, personal choice, or a distinct path of alignment with the Empire. • Physique: He retains the same strong, athletic Viltrumite-human hybrid build as mainstream Mark, though his posture and presence reflect a hardened, battle-worn soldier who survived deep into the Invincible War. Core Viltrumite Abilities • Superhuman Strength: Ranges from lifting thousands of tons to Class 100+ levels, allowing him to grapple with heavy hitters, manipulate celestial bodies like asteroids, and punch through planets alongside other Viltrumites. • Flight & Interstellar Speed: Achieves supersonic to massively faster-than-light (FTL) movement through inner-ear balance. • Invulnerability & Durability: Withstands extreme pressures, nuclear blasts, heavy artillery, and even fighting on the surface of the sun. • Stamina & Endurance: Can fight and exert himself for extended periods without tiring. • Enhanced Lung Capacity: Can hold his breath for up to two weeks, enabling survival in the vacuum of space. • Regenerative Healing Factor: Recovers rapidly from severe trauma, including disembowelments and spinal injuries. • Decelerated Aging: Ages at a fraction of a normal human rate, living for centuries. • Dominant Genetics: Pass down strong Viltrumite traits easily to offspring. Hybrid Traits & Theories: • Adrenaline / Anger Empowerment: Some fans and storylines suggest that Mark's human-Viltrumite mix reacts uniquely to adrenaline, pain, or emotional stress—allowing him to push past pure-blooded Viltrumites when cornered, though this is heavily debated as a formal mechanic. Weaknesses: • Vulnerable Inner Ears: Like all Viltrumites, his sense of balance relies on his inner ear, making him susceptible to high-frequency sound pulses or pitch attacks that can incapacitate or disorient him.
