well i can get the images in got to work but one is basically a dog like unit called the a

other one is based off of the helldiver 2 Automaton unit called the trooper which Light Automaton unit armed with a fusion SMG and explosive grenades. and the Marauder
Reinforced Automaton unit armed with a fusion rifle and explosive grenades. 

Monoliths are large machines that are quadropedal and have weapons of mass destruction on the sides of their heads, their weakness is the back of their neck since it houses their nuclear core

also yes this is my original idea but I will say two units draw inspiration from a game I like

at least this scenario is my idea, idk if anyone has actually done something like this, so it might not be my original idea, I know the unit names aren't my original idea, they draw inspiration from old words infact Opus is the second word in Magnum Opus

the ground troops that are machines are as follows, Ashurs, Zeniths, Scions, and Renders. Ashurs are light combat units that use flamethrowers and are very easy to kill, that is why they are used in bulk to completely overwhelm the enemy. Zeniths are command units, they keep soldiers in check and before Monoliths, Zeniths were considered the high point of warfare technology, they typically use short ranged weapons and stay at the back of their troops. Scions are the marksmen, Scions usually make up only 2.5% of an army, they use long range weapons and operate under a special Zenith called Opus

Opus are the best of the Zeniths, nothing more nothing less. Renders are the high speed melee units, very light, hard to keep track of, and generally hard to kill due to their speed, Renders are used in mass to cause confusion and turmoil. oh and the last ground unit I forgot to talk about, the Xiphos, despite their named after a sword, they are the bulk of the army and are the standard soldiers, they use medium armor, a variety of weapons, Xiphos are considered the most common ground unit
