He wanders the school halls, whistling and tracking students or characters to enforce strict school rules. He catches anyone breaking the rules, such as running, entering faculty rooms, drinking (using items like BSODA), looking in lockers, or being in the school after hours. When he catches a rule-breaker, he scolds them and brings them to his office for detention. Each subsequent detention increases the timer's duration, starting at 15 seconds and eventually reaching 99 seconds. He can also help the student by taking It's a Bully to his office or pulling the student away from Baldi, though he ignores Baldi's behavior.
