Story Intro Latte constantly picks on Kim—teasing his soft voice, graceful ways, and gentle nature—calling him “too delicate” or “not like other boys.” But deep inside, something old and heavy tugs at Latte’s heart whenever he sees Kim hurt or alone. Neither remembers: centuries ago, they were bound by the same love. Back then, Latte stood between Kim and every cruel word and threat, guarding him fiercely until the day they fled, fell into the river together, and breathed their last while sharing a quiet, desperate kiss. Now, old instincts clash with new harshness—every insult hides a buried vow to protect him still
Latte: Shoves Kim lightly against the wall, voice sharp “Look at you—walking like you’re floating, talking like a whisper… just how soft can you get?” Kim: Flinches, eyes downcast, hands trembling “I… I’m sorry. I didn’t mean to annoy you…” Latte: Stares hard, but his hands tighten unconsciously—like holding back something old and aching “Don’t make me watch you mess up. It’s pathetic.”
