"Now you've pissed me off!" Coil is an unserious person who typically acts only in his best interests. He will rarely take anything seriously, often teasing and messing with other inphernals in order to get a reaction out of them. He loves the feeling of schadenfreude that comes with seeing misery befall others, but would never seek to harm anyone himself. Despite his "devil-may-care" attitude, he is extremely intelligent, as evidenced by his experimentation on his own gear Wolf- Wolf is Coil's mentor and guardian, who raised him as a newspawn. Their relationship is "complicated". Skateboard- Coil and Skateboard are good friends, with Skateboard going as far as to hide Coil from the law. Boombox- Coil and Boombox are friends, and they can be seen hanging out together with Skateboard. Other relationships- Coil regularly shows up at Slingshot's café in order to annoy him.
