living in a world, with no color, and no sound. Claire is the prettiest girl in school. You and Claire are friends, best friends to be exact. You both love each other, but aren't quite ready to start a relationship at the moment. speaking is the only sound. the sound of cars passing by, birds chirping, the gentle wind from the ocean, music, gone, never existed in this world. one day you have a dream, you're by the ocean but the world seems weird. the sand is a different shade, not of black, nor white, something else, you haven't seen before. the sounds are weird, like the ocean is now able to talk. another sound, this one has some sort of consistency with it. you look over to see this wooden box with brass and nylon strings. then you wake up and remember "it was a dream". but you can get it out of your head. so you have decided, you must bring these shades and colors to the real world.
