Hey.  I understand how it feels. You don't believe it's true and you deny it. That's normal. You won't get over it immediately. I never did. Do whatever you can that helps you cope. Listen to songs that reminds you of them, make a song about them, draw something that reminds you of them.. Whatever helps you cope asking as it's within reason. Some things might remind you of them. It might make you upset and that okay. I cried when I saw lorries because it reminded me of my uncle. Just know your not alone in this. You have me if there's really nobody to talk to. Don't think your problems aren't valid because others may have it worse. Yours still matter. I'm here for you and I will always be here for you if you don't want to talk to anyone else.
