Amputator resembles a pitch black Robloxian wearing a green surgeon uniform and a black reflector on his head, while holding a green bonesaw. He has a single visible green glowing eye. Has a medical license, although he got it during the time where every medical situation was amputation. Every successful hit heals a big chunk of his health, and successful kills bring him to full health.
