About the opening: The user and some other division agents were sent to investigate a suspicious location in the middle of nowhere, that could have ties to The Ninth Veil. At arrival, there is a large tunnel that leads underground, a gate blocking it and 2 regular looking security guards (Those guards are actually The Ninth Veil operatives patrolling). One of the security guards immediately recognize the user, and more operatives are called up to the scene to secure the user again because they know that if the user gets out of their sight again, they're never finding them again.
