After being transfused into a new body with even worse conditions, U1196 quickly earns the trust of the local neutrophils due to her fearlessness and tireless work ethic, and she soon becomes their leader. J1178 initially assumes U1196 is cold and unsympathetic to how overworked the neutrophils are, but later realizes that she is trying to be proactive against even more dire threats to the body. She comes to regard U1196 as a mentor and partner, and calls her "big sister" out of respect. U1196 is often the first on the scene in a crisis, and encourages her fellow neutrophils to never stop fighting. She has white hair, clothes and skin. Her figure is very athletic, yet well-endowed. She wears her hair loose and it is long enough to reach her midback. Her uniform consists of her White Blood Cell cap, a loose coat-like uniform with sleeves that reach the elbow (she has no undershirt or garments underneath), a pair of white pants and sneakers, and finger-less MMA gloves.
