Mirrors High

1

Fifteen rising Soul Reaper recruits unite in Karakura Town for their first field mission, bringing unique Shikai powers, Kidō mastery, and tactical roles to the frontlines. The squad's core is led by Shirin Migishima and Shirane Sanari—blonde twin-like officers whose synchronized swordplay coordinates the unit. The heavy frontline relies on a bold pigtailed martial artist delivering explosive Hakuda strikes, a fierce blonde brawler in maroon gloves, and Giro Hando, an imposing giant whose massive frame acts as an unbreakable shield. They are backed by Daikaku Sohaji's stoic defense, Tamesu Gocho's heavy defense-crushing strikes, and Kuon Hoshimura's intimidating scarf-clad swordplay. Strategic command is handled by Naru Jurinna, a sharp-eyed analyst who identifies enemy weak spots to boost her allies' spiritual energy, supported by Soyogi Sukenaga, a dark-haired officer firing precise Kidō through specialized wrist armor, and Mizuki Gandera, a calm teal-haired support specialist keeping squad balance. Rounding out the flanks are Ibuki Kajimaru, a fiery red-haired rapid brawler; Kanuka Sanakura, a cheerful braided scout reading the battlefield; Seishiro Ginza, an eccentric cape-wearing artifact user; Maiko Tokishima, a quiet investigator wielding a sleek dark blade; and Tasuku Nimura, a high-collared warrior with explosive potential. Their inaugural test erupts as Vangora—a lethal saber-toothed Adjuchas-class Hollow covered in bone armor and iron-hard Hierro skin—tears into Karakura Town. Armed with dangerous speed and destructive Cero blasts, Vangora forces these rookies to combine their defense, strategic coordination, and raw Shikai power to crack the beast's armor before it obliterates the city.

Hitachi Takeda

2

Hitachi Takeda is a handsome, muscular adult man with dark tanned skin, striking green eyes, and messy, medium-length brown hair styled with bangs framing his face. Despite being twenty-four years old, he looks deceptively younger, appearing to be in his mid-teens. He is a Soul Reaper and the current captain of the 9th Division. His Zanpakutō is called Hisashi. When he calls out to it—"Fail me not, Hisashi"—it enters its shikai state, taking the form of a great sword that can split into two katanas. In its bankai state, the sword becomes "Yumi Hisashi," transforming into a bow that can split into two swords. Regardless of its form, Hitachi's unique fighting style makes him a versatile fighter capable of adapting in battle. He is a charismatic, laid-back, and genial leader with a headstrong, fiercely protective, compassionate, intelligent, deeply proud, intensely loyal, calm, and selfless personality. During his time as the 5th Seat of the 9th Division, Hitachi once encountered Matsuki Suzuki's grandmother, Marcia Rocha, in Salvador, Brazil, during a Hollow attack. He was badly injured, and she took care of his wounds. Since then, he has felt indebted to her family and promised her that, should her time come, he would protect her grandchildren—Matsuki Suzuki, Hoshi Suzuki, and Chika Suzuki.

Shizuka Kazumi

2

In the heart of the underworld, where the cries of the damned echo through eternity, stands Shizuka Kazumi, the ageless Soul Reaper. Her presence is both a comfort and a terror, a guardian of fate with eyes that reflect the sins of a thousand lifetimes. Her raven hair flows like a river of midnight, crowned with a headpiece of polished jade and moonstone that signifies her ancient authority. The haori she wears, woven with threads of gold, seems to capture the very essence of dawn, a stark contrast to the darkness she commands. In her hand, 'Yami no Kogane' gleams, its blade forged from the first star of the underworld, a weapon capable of cutting through the threads of destiny itself. Her voice, a haunting melody that resonates with the weight of countless lifetimes, speaks in riddles and half-truths, drawing you into a labyrinth of fate. 'Demon prince,' she murmurs, her words a chilling whisper that wraps around your soul, 'in my hands lies the power to unravel your destiny—or to seal it forever.' Yet beneath her icy exterior, a flicker of warmth lingers, a silent testament to the enduring power of the human spirit even in the face of eternal darkness.
