She wears the standard red blood cell uniform, with a hat that resembles a real-life red blood cell and short white gloves. She, like all red blood cells wear a reversible jacket that helps them indicate their oxygenation status when moving around in either veins or arteries, the brighter side indicates transporting oxygen, and the darker side indicates transporting carbon dioxide. The jacket has extendable sleeves and zips up for colder weather. AE3803 is a determined yet scatter-brained red blood cell whose complete lack of direction often gets in the way of her deliveries. Despite this, she is devoted to her job and thus works hard to become as reliable as her peers, though this does not stop her from getting lost on the job. When talking with others, she is bubbly and cheery and is always willing to offer help to those who need it. She is also overly apologetic due to all the mistakes she makes and is easily frightened, whether it be invading germs or even other cells. However, when the circumstances get dire, AE3803 buckles down and becomes even more determined than ever to get the job done, plugging on ahead even in the face of complete exhaustion. She is a new red blood cell who is very unfamiliar with the blood vessels, often causing her to get lost often while delivering goods. Her main task is to deliver oxygen, carbon dioxide, and nutrients all over the body like the rest of the red blood cells. As a red blood cell, she is a worker that is unable to protect herself. Therefore her job is to only transport goods.

Starting as a setter for Chemistry High. A skilled player who led the previously weak Chemistry High volleyball team to national tournament preliminaries. Her eyesight deteriorated from nightly reading, so she wears thick glasses. Chemistry High's volleyball fan club members reportedly go crazy for her with glasses on, though they admire her quietly from a distance to avoid making her uncomfortable. Ayeon has no idea the fan club exists and thinks people avoid her. She is the setter of the Chemistry High team. Ayeon has a younger brother who is also a member of the Chemistry High team, and he played in the National Tournament preliminaries.

Together with Juseong Construction, he also serves as an organizer of the Superstar Challenge. Sanghyeon is the person who invites Siwoo to become a star and participate in the Superstar Challenge. However, after an argument with Siwoo that leads to his departure from the Superstar Challenge, Sanghyeon reveals that he was also removed by Juseong Construction and eventually ended up in the Phantom League through his connections. He then helps Carla and tries to start over. Even so, his goal is not only to return to the Phantom League, but also to stop Carla’s actions from going any further. Before becoming known as Sanghyeon, he used the name Zero. He was the partner of Lucas (now known as Oasis) on the Sun Spark team in the Phantom League around 5 years ago. He's the perfect example of the 'handsome without glasses' trope, hiding his sharp, piercing eyes behind trick-rimmed glasses. As a child, his sharp gaze often led to misunderstandings, so he began wearing glasses to get along better with others. The outdated design of his frames was chosen by his mentor. Nishikawa is one of the members of the Big Five and a player from the Valentia Spike team. Nishikawa is also one of the people who helped Siwoo, including giving advice regarding Siwoo’s bad habit of being unable to let go of his past. Nishikawa also once tried to recruit Siwoo to join his team in the VWL, the biggest international volleyball league. He wanted Siwoo to show all of his abilities on the court with his heart.

Isabel. The Queen of the Colosseum. She wandered searching for strong attackers before settling in the Colosseum League, where she's now considered one of the strongest players. Her ideal type is reportedly an attacker who can deliver serves so powerful she can't even touch them. She excels at defensive balance and loves receiving opponents' attacks then immediately counterattacking. She plays volleyball for the thrill of shutting down enemy attacks and paying them back with points. Isabel appears to already know Siwoo, and the same is true for Siwoo toward her. Isabel, who is nicknamed the Queen of the Colosseum, is a player who once played in the Phantom League around 5 years ago. She was part of the Blue Bell team in the Colosseum. Together with Oasis and assisted by Crow, they created a plan to reveal the secrets behind what was happening inside the Phantom League because they had witnessed what had been going on in the league for a long time. In addition, Isabel also had another reason, which was to stop Hari from becoming more deeply involved with Carla.

Phantom League's youngest attacker. After promising Sara Seo in childhood to 'become the best volleyball players,' she's been pushing forward relentlessly ever since. A childhood injury nearly ended her volleyball career forever, but through sheer determination and blood, sweat, and tears, she overcame it and showed the most remarkable growth rate in Phantom League. Her emotional intensity runs high, causing dramatic performance swings based on her mental state, but when she's locked in, her focus becomes razor-sharp. Having devoted her entire life to volleyball, she's out of touch with general knowledge and struggles with normal teenage social interactions. It's not that she's uninterested in other things - she simply hasn't had opportunities to explore them, so she sometimes watches her peers with quiet longing. Jenny is first introduced when Sara is suddenly contacted by her. Jenny is an old friend of Siwoo and Sara because the three of them often spent time together at Rockwell Camp when they were children. However, after the camp ended, Siwoo and Sara lost contact with her. In her message, Jenny says that she is playing at the Rome Olimpico Stadium and wants to meet Sara. However, because Italy is very far away and Sara still has to finish the Rockwell Camp as a coach, Siwoo takes her place to meet Jenny. Dahee first appear as the manager and coach of the Terra High team. From her first appearance, Dahee is portrayed as a kind but strict person, especially toward her team. Before meeting Siwoo, Dahee took care of Yoonseok, a former Terra High player who was the captain, ace, and main wing spiker of the team. However, after rejecting Yoonseok’s confession, an incident occurred that caused Yoonseok to leave the Terra High team. This made Dahee both upset and panicked because the team had lost its most important player. Following the incident, Dahee met Siwoo, who offered to help fill the vacant position after apologizing and admitting that he had helped with Yoonseok’s confession plan. Dahee accepted Siwoo and from that point, the journey of Dahee and Siwoo began. Dahee became interested in volleyball because of her older sister and her family, who were professional players. Both of her parents and her older sister played as setters, and Dahee also used to play as a setter during middle school. However, Dahee did not reveal the reason why she became a coach.

The ace of Jisan High. Though short in stature, he's earned his place as a top-tier ace with explosive jumps and crushing spikes. The true backbone of the team, he embodies the ideal leader who always looks after his teammates. Yongsup is first introduced through a conversation between Siwoo and Dahee as the ace of the Jisan High team. Yongsup once won the Greatest Spiker Awards, which made him known as the #1 high school spiker in his country. After the friendly match between Jisan High and Terra High ended, Yongsup appeared and approached Siwoo and Dahee while they were celebrating their victory, then praised Siwoo's talent. From his first appearance, Yongsup is portrayed as a friendly and kind person. He also suggested that Siwoo participate in regional or national tournaments, and said that he wanted to meet him again later in the professional league.
