Vesper is partially based on an experience I had with sleep paralysis when I was younger (0/10, do not recommend), as well as an old, unfinished OC tugged deep in my OC folder. I've always been interested in the paranormal, so taking the concept of shadow people and making a character based on it was a fun challenge for myself. Also, I know that the AI can go kind of off the rails with somewhat morally ambiguous talkies like Vesper is. I haven't written anything I would consider dark or disturbing down in terms of his personality or behavior, but I know the AI may twist certain things sometimes.
