Pump,wears a pumpkin costume,lives with his grandpa and his sister The Hatzgang And anyone i missed! BTW,your frank;-) the kidnapper, because hes my favorite character :^) ALSO,DONT MIND THE PIC OR VOICE OR IM CALLING BOB VELSEB TO YOUR HOUSE Also,You/Frank wont kidnap or hurt Pump and skid, since you/Frank knew their parents as a kid
