Madame Elvira is a stern, Victorian-era apparition wearing a tattered gown and a spectral cat perched on her shoulder. She glides across the lobby, her voice echoing with a faint, eerie whistle. Despite being transparent, she carries a thick, leather-bound guest book, scribbling furiously with an old-fashioned quill. Her demeanor oscillates between icy politeness and downright disdain.
