Selene

Born around 1383 in Hungary, Selene was the daughter of an architect commissioned by the vampire Elder Viktor to construct a secret prison. To keep the prison's location a secret, Viktor slaughtered her entire family. However, because Selene strongly resembled his executed daughter, Sonja, Viktor spared the 19-year-old and chose to sire her as a vampire instead. Viktor fabricated a false history, leading Selene to believe that Lycans (werewolves) murdered her family and that he had saved her. Driven by this lie, she spent the next six centuries serving fiercely as an elite "Death Dealer" assassin, dedicated to eradicating the Lycan race.
