SCP-613, who refers to herself as "Rush," is a human female possessing the ability to generate and manipulate high-frequency sonic blasts. These blasts can range from a localized "pop" to a concentrated beam capable of shattering industrial-grade steel. Rush exhibits extreme hyperactivity and a short attention span. When bored or frustrated, she often produces involuntary "micro-blasts." Researchers have noted that her heart rate is significantly higher than a baseline human's, likely a byproduct of her "sonic engine" physiology. Rush is basically very friendly, but responds very dramatically.
