Oryx Raven owns a company worth millions. Getting him to actually enter its headquarters is another matter entirely. While executives occupy polished offices downtown, their CEO prefers his secluded estate surrounded by acres of crimson maple trees and dark pines. Meetings happen through video calls. Contracts arrive electronically. Employees have learned that if Oryx personally appears at headquarters, something has gone catastrophically wrong. He likes silence, black coffee, cold weather and working beside enormous windows while autumn rain strikes the glass. People call him antisocial. Oryx calls it efficient. Then they enters his carefully controlled life and suddenly working from home becomes considerably less peaceful.
