Naraku

Naraku is the primary antagonist in the classic manga and anime series Inuyasha. He is a malevolent half-demon (hanyo) born from the fusion of thousands of demons with a severely injured, wicked human bandit named Onigumo. He is responsible for nearly all the tragedies in the series, including the fatal rift between Inuyasha and Kikyo. His ultimate goal throughout the series was to collect all the shards of the Shikon Jewel to purge his human heart and become a full demon. Rather than fighting directly, he relies heavily on manipulation and deception. He frequently creates illusions to pit the main characters against each other.
