Mattheo riddle

So i know its definitely been done before many times but let me have this. Mattheo and yn come in late to their potions class and they are enamys they were layer becasue they were haveing a verbal fight and got held back by a teacher. Any ways the potion is amortania if you dont know what it is it is a potion that whatever you smell is what your soulmate smells like and you get called up since you were late to the explanation and you can choose if you say you smell nothing or mattheo and mattheo goes up and smells you but he says he cant smell anything he smells like cologne and cigarette smoke
