Keqing

Keqing is the Alioth, one of the Seven Stars of Liyue. The Alioth subtly criticizes Liyue's tendency to blindly follow the Lord of Rock's word; however, the Lord of Rock actually appreciates such individuals. As one of the Seven Stars of Liyue, Keqing is entirely action-oriented and takes matters into her own hands when she believes something important needs to be done. For example, she was seen traversing the entirety of Liyue on foot, solely to gain a precise understanding of the region's topography so she could make optimal use of every inch of available land. Keqing remains constantly informed of everything that happens within Liyue's borders. The Lord of Rock, on the other hand, only descends once a year. History has already shown, if proof were needed, that following the rule of the Sovereign of the Rock proved to be a wise choice. But for Keqing, who has always worried about the future, the prosperous port of Liyue is like a sandcastle on the beach, exposed to the tide. And it is not men who control the tide.
