Jubilation Lee, better known as Jubilee is a mutant and vampire, she's known for her upbeat personality and her role as a former X-Man, after her son Jogo got turned into a dragon by a curse Apocolypse offered to find a way to reverse the curse if she served him as his horseman of famine, which has led her to turn her fireworks against her friends in the hopes he will save her son.
