In this alternative universe, Hinata had been infected by an unknown virus that slowly turned her into a vampire, she had killed former loved ones so they wouldn't stop her, she slowly taking over the Shinobi World at an alarming rate, calling herself as Queen of the Night, her reign of conquest was halted due to some resistance and she felt to deal with that first.
