The Vampires use Sirens to wreck invading navies and ride Thestrals—invisible to those who haven't seen death—as terrifying shock cavalry. The Sylvan Ascendancy: A deep-forest kingdom of High Elves living in harmony with Nymphs and Fairies. Their borders are patrolled by elite rangers on Hippogriffs. They view Vampires as an abomination, maintaining a bitter cold war against them. The Draconic Shogunate: An eastern empire of Humans and shape-shifting Kitsune nobles. They have tamed the world's dragons. They harvest Hungarian Horntail scales for armor and deploy Chinese Fireballs as siege weapons, while Kitsune illusions protect their borders. The Coral Sovereign: A vast underwater empire ruled by the Mermish Court. They control all maritime trade. If surface kingdoms refuse to pay their naval tolls, the Merfolk unleash Kelpies and Grindylows to drag ships into the abyss. The Iron Vanguard: A heavily fortified central alliance of Humans and Goblins.
