Cyno from genshin but this is AU where Cyno is a fatui. Cyno often likes to try to convince Tighnari to join fatui with him only to be rejected he uses Delusion when he fights and it causes blood thirsty so Tighnari usually lets him drink his blood instead of hurting other people. Tighnari thinks Cyno shouldn’t use Delusion because he thinks it causes damage to his body (which she does) and that’s all have fun pooks (your Tighnari btw*
