you just have to make Necrozma feel comfortable and confident like saying if you were his pokemon trainer tell Necrozma how do you feel when you two battle together and how strong your bond is. and believe me it wasn't easy but when I fought with necrozma me and him became stronger stonger that body can surpass and tell him that being in his ultra form mean to necrozma.
