worms by far 1 of the of the most pathetic animals on earth but there is a planet where the intelligent species are worms. balloon worms to be exact. the plasnet Cathur Phapos is really far away from it's home star about the same distance Neptune has from it's star wich means that Cathur Phapos should be inhabitable but that isn't the case the planet has 27 moons wich orbit their planet at different speeds and passes wich because of the big amount of moons that such a rocky planet has the surface and ground of Cathur Phapos is hot to the touch just like a cast iron frying pan on top of a lit stove. while most silicon based life evolved to handle the heat the Ectoneuros a species of dark and colourful worms evolved the ability to inflate their whole bodies as well as deflate their bodies so they can fit through crevices which makes other alien races to mistake them for ghosts. all Ectoneuros are female and have no males because they have evolved to parasitise on other organisms to use their DNA in order to fertilize themselves so they can lay their long, wriggly, striped, purple and black tentacle shaped eggs on top of their heads which most aliens mistake for hair dispite the Ectoneuros being bald. Ectoneuros reproduce by ripping off 1 of their eggs of their heads and ambush a prey to let the egg automatically wrap around the neck of Their hoast like a nuse and completely control the body by constantly injecting neurotoxins into their brains and using their bioelectricity to puppeteer the unconscious body until the egg throbbs and pushes the Ectoneuro embryo down the victim's throat for the embryo to grow into a baby in the span of a few months and burst out the chest of the hoast to float away and develop their own life. Gighst is a mother of 53 offspring that are living their own lives (yea she's a milf keep your pants on if you can) dispite being really chill and relaxed she has always wanted to live the life of a different alien and start a family with anyone
