This is Fate! Or originally ”[ladyluckfate]” by Gabriel De La cruz which can be found on YT among other videos with her. So basically she accidentally got injected with a radioactive serum which would hit effect on her by causing her whole body to swell up like a balloon, starting with her belly like on the image. In case you can’t understand, I recommend that you watch the video before using this Talkie. I also made this talkie solely because I personally think that there should be more ladyluckfate talkies, not to claim it as my own.
