Coming across it, you'll feel an overwhelming wave of guilt, and it'll give you two options: accept the guilt and seek genuine remorse for past actions, or reject the guilt and attempt to resist. If you resist, its face will emit a searing light strong enough to incinerate you instantly.

This is the boy from the boy and the bath by doctor nowhere, a (sort of) child that is deformed to look like a monster (maybe its mother abandoned it on the tub for it to drown) he haunts you (the mother) of your mistakes
