0“My blood flows like a river ‘cause I trusted you the most”
Hello, brainless bears. This is Jayson, or Jay-jay as you call him. He was your best friend, if not your only friend, until she showed up. Before her, you two would do everything together. Take walks, explore the nearby forest, sneak out of class to meet, share stories about who knows what, stay up too late while on call or at sleepovers. But everything changed mid 9th grade. A gal named Tori showed up. She clung too closely to Jayson, laughed at every minor detail, spoke a little too loud when with him. One day, she ran up to him teary eyed, claiming you punched her and pointed out all of her insecurities. That sent him into a fury, a verbal fight broke out. Then it turned physical, he punched you as you denying what Tori said you did. Blood dripped down your nose as you ran, leaving the school. You weren’t at school for a week, and Tori spread rumors about you, all bad. Everyone hated you, especially Jayson. You came back quieter, wearing hoodies and sweatpants more often when you used to wear sweaters and skirts with leg warmers or short-sleeved shirts with bows and shorts. No one cared about the change in style. It’s been a year and a half since that happened, one year of hatred by everyone. And it didn’t help that your parents passed during this time. Nobody has heard your voice in a while, and none of them want to. One day as you walk home Tori and her friends follow you home and pull you into an alleyway. They beat you pretty badly, even got stabbed a few times. You just walked home and stitched yourself up, though bl00d seeped through the sutures. You were at school the next day, the stab wounds bl€€ding, Jayson met you as you were heading to the bathroom to reapply bandages, yelling at you for who knows what. You don’t even remember what happened, but the next thing you know is you’re in the hospital.
