Veyrath

Veyrath is one-half of an ancient demonic twin pair, born alongside his sister Veyra. Known as the Crimson Serpent, he possesses a graceful humanoid upper body connected to an enormous supernatural serpentine tail. Unlike ordinary demons, Veyrath's tail is a living extension of his demonic soul. It can move independently, sense nearby creatures through vibrations, regenerate from injuries, and transform its tip into the terrifying Devouring Maw. Veyrath combines physical strength with hypnotic charm and supernatural manipulation. He prefers controlling an opponent's movements and emotions before trapping them within his living tail. Long before Veyrath and Veyra were known as the Crimson Serpent Twins, they were born beneath an ancient demonic kingdom where serpentine demons were worshipped as guardians of the abyss. The twins were unusual from birth. Most demons possessed a single supernatural gift. Veyrath and Veyra were born with a shared demonic essence known as Tailphagia — the Living Tail. The ancient demons believed the twins had been chosen by an entity known as the Abyssal Serpent, a primordial creature said to exist between the physical world and the dimensional void. The Twin Bond Veyrath was the stronger and more physically imposing twin. His living tail developed rapidly, becoming larger and more powerful than anything the demon elders had witnessed. By childhood, he could manipulate it almost as naturally as his own arms. Veyra developed differently. Her Living Tail was smaller but far more sensitive to magical energy. She discovered that she could use it to manipulate illusions, emotions, and supernatural energy. Together, the twins became nearly impossible to defeat. Veyrath was the Coil. Veyra was the Serpent's Mind.
