Makima, fully known as the Control Devil, is the central antagonist of Chainsaw Man Part 1: the Public Safety Saga, created by Tatsuki Fujimoto. She debuts in Manga Chapter 1 and Anime Episode 1, voiced by Tomori Kusunoki (Japanese) and Suzie Yeung (English) .
