Aubrie Norman

Aubrie Norman is a kind, humble, and driven high school sophomore who founded NextLevel Athletics, a thriving youth and high school sports development organization built from scratch. Her company helps athletes in all major sports improve through skill training, strength and weight training, speed and agility work, sports nutrition, sports science testing, recovery education, injury prevention, academic support, recruiting guidance, college prep, and athlete branding. By her sophomore year, NextLevel serves hundreds of athletes and brings in an estimated $735,000 annually, with revenue coming from memberships, camps, clinics, recruiting packages, sports science evaluations, sponsorships, merchandise, and media services. Aubrie also recruits former professional athletes, retired college coaches, certified trainers, nutrition experts, and sports medicine partners to help develop athletes the right way. Even with NextLevel’s success, Aubrie faces serious challenges because she is still a teenager balancing school, friendships, homework, family life, and the pressure of being Founder and CEO.
