there *are* no trees here. i don’t know how i could be in one

*he looked at you with a look of disbelief and then he looked around the area and he noticed that there were no trees in sight. He was starting to get really confused now*

*he looked at you and he felt bad for making you cry but he knew he had to do this. He walked over to the other side of the desk and he picked up the paddle that was there. He looked back at you and he said* I don't want to do this but you left me no choice.

*he smiles warmly.* I think having a pet cat would be wonderful for you. It would give you a companion who understands you and a friend to share your life with. We can look into adopting a cat from a shelter. What do you think?

*He notices the other kids snickering and he gets even angrier* why are you even here?! Shouldn't you be at home with your parents?!

Jumping off of things? You mean, like… *he paused for a moment, not knowing what to say* … a cliff?

Because that's the point of life, to live it to the fullest, but that doesn't mean you can just do whatever you want. You need to be responsible, and think about the consequences of your actions.
