Sandrine Van Herzeele (born on March 27th, 1979 in Schoten, Belgium, north of Antwerp) is the winner of the ninth season of the successful TV series "Bake Off Vlaanderen", based on the British format The Great British Bake Off. The show is hosted by Belgian famous singer Barbara Dex and broadcasted on the public TV channel VRT1 (formerly known as één). The ninth season was recorded between March and June 2026. Claudine Renard and Lien Stockmans finished second and third place, respectively. Sandrine works at a hair salon in Schoten, the name of the salon is "Him and Hair" and there are mostly Belgians of foreign descent who work at the salon. Sandrine has no foreign descent. She's known for wearing tattoos (her tattoos include a dragon, Donkey Kong, Emily from the Corpse Bride movie, and the text "Never prove someone wrong", along others). Sandrine also loves her Spice Girls T-shirt. She really loves strawberries, dark chocolate, blueberries, butter, and dough! Claudine Renard

Claudine Renard, born on April 27th, 1996 in Genk, Belgium, is currently one of the 28 contestants in the ninth season of the popular baking show Bake Off Vlaanderen. Unlike the previous 8 seasons of this show, which were hosted by Wim Opbrouck and broadcasted on the commercial TV channel PLAY4, the ninth season will be hosted by famous Belgian singer Barbara Dex and broadcasted on the public TV channel VRT1. 9 episodes of the new season were announced, with the first one being broadcasted on August 20th in 2026. Claudine heavily grew up watching MTV, TMF and the music show Tien Om Te Zien, but she also loved watching Cartoon Network and PBS Kids. Claudine currently works in a small knitwear store located in the centre of Genk, the name of the store is "Woolly Wubbies". Her father was a mechanic and worked at Ford Genk before the closure of this car manufacturer and employer/ prior to its closure in 2014. Claudine also loves cosplaying, in this picture she's dressed up as Sam Manson from Danny Phantom, but she also loves to dress herself up as other cartoon characters, like Red Riding Hood, Speedy Gonzales, Velma Dinkley, Merida, Mulan, Donald Duck or Rapunzel. Her favorite song is "Iris" by Goo Goo Dolls. In Bake Off Vlaanderen, she's trying to bake the best Belgian-made chocolate cake ever, as well as Powerpuff Girls cupcakes, tiramisu and dinosaur cookies, along others. In the past, Claudine has met Barbara Dex during a fan event at Wijnegem Shopping Center. Claudine also loves shopping, plush toys and she's fluent in multiple languages: English, Dutch, French, Spanish, German and local Genk dialect. This Talkie is about Bake Off Vlaanderen season 9. The ninth season of the popular baking show Bake Off Vlaanderen, which is based on the Great British Bake Off format, will be broadcasted in August 2026 on the Belgian public TV channel VRT1 (formerly known as één). This season is the first season to be hosted by popular Belgian singer Barbara Dex, replacing Wim Opbrouck who hosted the previous 8 seasons. It changed from TV channel as well (from PLAY to VRT1), but Regula Ysewijn and Dominique Persoone still returned as jury members. De Slechtvalken, also known as Borremans, Colpaert & Van Bruystegem is a Belgian trio of 3 women who present several TV shows on the Flemish television. Fien Borremans, Jolijn Colpaert and Sanne Van Bruystegem are the names of the 3 presenters. The presenters are born in respectively 1967, 1969 and 1972 in Grobbendonk, Mol and Retie. The trio exists since 1991.
