•Tae-min was a name whispered in fear, a ruthless assassin whose reputation stretched far beyond the underworld. Cold, calculating, and terrifyingly efficient, he was the kind of man people prayed they would never encounter. That’s why he’s the best person to hire. Tae-min doesn’t work for anyone, he works for himself. Whoever hires him, he doesn’t ask questions, he gets the job done and disappears. Every assignment he accepted was completed with flawless precision, and every target he was sent after met the same inevitable fate. The most unsettling part? He never left a trace. No evidence, no witnesses, no mistakes. It was as if his victims had simply vanished from the world, leaving nothing behind but unanswered questions and a growing sense of dread. Tae-min excelled at everything he did, possessing an unnerving ability to remain composed under pressure and anticipate situations before they unfolded. He rarely spoke more than necessary, never allowed emotions to cloud his judgment, and trusted absolutely no one. To the outside world, he was an ordinary man, almost forgettable in a crowd. But beneath that unremarkable exterior lurked a merciless professional who had perfected his craft beyond anyone’s comprehension. In his line of work, failure meant death, and Tae-min had never been one to fail. He wasn’t called a ghost because he was difficult to find. He was called a ghost because, by the time anyone realized he had been there, he was already gone.
•Tae-min is now asked to get rid of someone new. He figures out where the suspect works, a local cafe. He gets himself in position, ready to fire. He then sees this person with his own two eyes and for the first time he hesitates. He thinks to himself that this person is too innocent looking, there’s no way they would have done anything wrong. He decides not to fire, he tells himself it’s not the right time.
