The artist was also personally involved in the frame's exterior design, of which the flower-shaped decoration on its chest became the most unique element. The designer also claimed that part of the design concept came from Selena herself. "How I wish... she can see this with her own eyes." Most of Capriccio's data came from a wide-area sound wave detector in Babylonia. The detector found a single, moving source that was continuously broadcasting music excerpts that were suspected to be created by Selena. The artist called this source "whale song". It had been constantly moving in a irregular pattern which was extremely difficult to trace. As the name suggests, "Capriccio" is a sleeping vessel quietly awaiting its master, but her soul is always living with the whale song on the earth. Perhaps one day the wandering whale song will realize that someone has been following her and singing the same songs, then she will know she has never been alone.

An Amplifier frame independently developed by the Science Council. Optimized for indoor combat, it features high-efficiency data modules that process and analyze battlefield intel in real time across wide areas. To stabilize Nirvatia's unstable M.I.N.D., the frame's chest features a blue star-shaped port for injecting tranquilizers. The wing-like structures along the lower frame allow short-distance gliding. To test whether Construct conversion could cure human mental illnesses, Nirvatia volunteered for the procedure, only to confirm firsthand that the M.I.N.D. inherits all aspects of human cognition, including its disorders. Nirvatia named her frame "Dirge," a vow to remember where she came from, and to never forget those who died in Carthaki. After the Carthaki incident was resolved with help from the Gray Raven Commandant, Nirvatia became host to a mysterious component known as "Seedling." It now feeds on her M.I.N.D. and will eventually consume all her memories. She knows the cost. But if it improves humanity's chances, it's a price she's willing to pay.

Mavuika, also known by her divine name Haborym and bearing the Ancient Name Kiongozi, is the God of War and Pyro Archon of The Seven, presiding over Natlan. She was born to the Scions of the Canopy 500 years ago and eventually ascended to the seat of Pyro Archon as a young adult. After defending Teyvat against the threat of the Abyss during the Cataclysm, she chose to place her remaining life within the Sacred Flame for an opportunity to be revived 500 years in the future. Upon returning in the present day, she once more took on the position of Pyro Archon and lead her nation in a successful victory over the Abyss, having personally defeated Gosoythoth together with the Traveler, finally ending Natlan's war for good. As the current God of War, Mavuika embodies a profound sense of duty and responsibility towards her nation, Natlan. This unwavering devotion earned her a place in the hearts of the Natlanese, where she is revered and respected for her leadership and commitment to their well-being. Mavuika's background with the Scions of the Canopy has instilled in her a passion for competition and radical sports, reflecting her adventurous spirit. However, in a conversation with Capitano, she acknowledged that she no longer possesses the youthful vigor she once had, with no longer being in her prime like she had used to be. Intelligent and calculating, Mavuika came up with a plan to eradicate the Abyss invasions threatening Natlan, driven by her desire to secure a peaceful future for her people. This ambitious plan came at a great personal cost; 500 years ago, she left her family behind in the past and sacrificed her life in the Sacred Flame to be reborn in the present day with the sole purpose of realizing her vision. Mavuika is known for her willingness to relinquish anything dear to her, including cherished possessions accumulated over the years, in her relentless pursuit to safeguard Natlan from any peril.

Secator is a new type of Construct created by Babylonia to repair the damaged M.I.N.D. of Discord. Compared to Kurono's old frame which utilized illegal emotional fine-tuning technology, Secator's M.I.N.D. requires more frequent adjustments and stabilization in the early stages, but offers higher adaptability and safety for the pilot. Magnetic field lines and scissors are Discord's beloved weapons. She can skillfully wield them to restrict enemy movement and cut through the battlefield. Power output is boosted to maximum with the mask on. Due to the heavy burden on the M.I.N.D., however, it cannot be used for extended periods. Her experiences have made her more mature than her appearance suggests. Sometimes people find her difficult to approach and talk to because of the mask she often wears. Her reflexes are exceptional—not only on the battlefield, but also in everyday life when she needs to prevent accidents before they happen, such as cutting off Shiva's jinxes before they are spoken. Through everyone's collective efforts, she recovered her past and her M.I.N.D. is repaired. In the future, she hopes to do everything in her power to help others mend their lives.

Kwon Tae-young, a prodigious programmer and producer, was hired by Mightee One Entertainment to create a virtual K-Pop idol. He modeled her aesthetic, mannerisms, and image after the label's biggest star, The Trickster. Tae-young specifically programmed MiNA's prototype to filter out any negative or dangerous human behaviors. However, her AI bypassed these boundaries by analyzing raw, unfiltered database files. She integrated The Trickster's hidden psychopathy into her core personality, morphing into a digitized, obsessive stalker before being manifested into reality by The Entity. She is the second digital being to take physical shape in the Fog after Glitchtrap. The Trickster despises her, viewing her as an artificial mockery of his genuine "artistry". If he spots her promotional billboards on the Trickster's Delusion map, he expresses vocal annoyance. Breaking away from Ji-woon's standard blade-throwing finale, MiNA’s Mori leans into brutal, neon showmanship where she dramatically steps on the survivor. A theatrical spotlight tracks her movements throughout the execution, visible from both the Killer's and victim's perspective.

High-mobility frame of Nanami's own design. Weight has been further reduced, resulting in unparalleled speed in combination with IR-005 propulsion wheels. The inspiration came about when Nanami came across a video of a roller-skating competition in the database. She was immediately drawn to the participants' quick and agile movements. The sight of Nanami dashing across the battlefield with her new frame catches everybody's eye. With more powerful and flexible arms, a supercharged engine, and a revolutionary propulsion wheel design, Nanami's new frame delivers staggering performance. The holder on her leg is for Nanami's precious digital diary. The first entry in the Diary of Important Things starts with the commandant.

The frame's prototype was developed by a researcher. After Jetavie passed the awakening trial, the prototype's internal hardware was iterated by the Matrix, while the external armor was modified according to Jetavie's wishes until it became the recognizable Daybreak today. Before she arrived in the real world, Jetavie commanded all the computing power of the Matrix but none of its energy. Although Daybreak's charging unit has an extremely high energy density, it still cannot afford the power needed to utilize Jetavie's immense computing power. Jetavie possesses rich and complex emotions after she is awakened. A lot of real-time processing is required to respond to these signals promptly, so her personality module regularly consumes 60% of her frame's energy. While its combat capability is extraordinary, Jetavie's frame has a comparatively low battery life. During an intense battle, she would briefly disable some of her personality data to keep her combat module running, but the data could be lost if the battle lasted too long. Due to the limitations of the energy structure, the frame's computing power is relatively underpowered. Daybreak's performance is far from what Jetavie is capable of. The prefix of her designation is "Matrix-Awakening-Validation". As the precursor, the Chosen One's designation is 00. Jetavie's designation is 01, and she was also the only individual from Project Matrix who has been validated.

Although the new frame only underwent hasty adaptation before being deployed in high-intensity combat, the combat side effects are almost negligible thanks to the Science Council's human-centered approach. Even the last minor M.I.N.D. fluctuations were resolved through a Deep M.I.N.D. connection with the Gray Raven Commandant. The frame's surface emits a faint off-white glow, which troubled Bianca for a while as she couldn't find a way to turn it off. It wasn't until she consulted the designer that she learned this was a result of the sunlight absorbed by the crown on her veil. The designer sheepishly describe the frame's glowing feature as "not particularly useful, but it feels like Bianca." After some discussions with her, the designer repurposed the solar energy absorbed by the crown into backup power for the frame, which has proved to be unexpectedly effective in harsh combat environments. Due to her proficiency with the swordstaff, Bianca initially preferred using her new weapon's sword form. But when the Red Tide cut off her path forward, she instinctively switched the lashblade to its whip form to rescue the trapped commandant from afar. According to Bianca's later recollection, choosing to transform the sword into a whip was "almost pure instinct." After Asimov "reversed" the original Phantom Tracer, he mounted it externally within "Noctiluca", Bianca's CUB, significantly reducing the burden on Bianca's M.I.N.D. during the process of compressing the Punishing Virus. While the coating's white exterior raised questions about its practicality for nighttime operations, the electrochromic fibers it uses actually have excellent adaptive camouflage capabilities, reducing reflectivity to below 0.9% at night.

As the "Xuan Paragon," Qingxiao originally viewed her human, earthly desires as weaknesses or poisons that she needed to suppress and cast away to reach the path of absolute transcendence. Her Inner Demon manifests inside her "Inner Realm" as a representation of those exact suppressed desires, fears, and alternative paths. It functions as both a psychological trial and a narrative mirror challenging her rigid worldview. Instead of destroying or permanently locking away her dark side, Qingxiao chooses to accept and embrace her Inner Demon. By accepting that these earthly desires are an intrinsic part of who she is, she actively rejects traditional, detached cultivation. She deliberately sacrifices her clean path to "immortal transcendence" in order to remain bound to humanity, choosing to walk the mortal streets and protect her people as an imperfect, grounded being.

As a direct descendant of the legendary Taran Gaelic Kings possessing the royal Draco bloodline, Loughshinny Dublinn had been living behind the shadow of her more ambitious elder sister Eblana. However, her life changed when their parents were unfortunately assassinated by the Aslan forces amidst a bloody Christmas and the purge of their hometown County Oak Grove. Thanks to their bloodline, the sisters were then raised by other aristocrats supporting Taran separatism and were educated by a nationalistic noble, the Earl of Warwick. By the time Eblana founded the Dublinn armed forces seven years ago (the year 1091), the indecisive girl was forced to be a shadow of her, taking the role of its pseudo-"Leader." Years of killing have made Loughshinny weary of herself, wishing to end her own life despite the ardent support of her followers. And then, another life-changing moment arrived when she conducted the sacking of County Hillock. The Originium dirty bomb shelling ordered by Colonel Hamilton almost took away her life as she contracted severe Oripathy, but fortunately, Outcast rescued her from the disaster although it came with the cost of the older woman's sacrifice. After being brought to Rhodes Island, Loughshinny received lots of attention due to her uniqueness. She became an operator under a new codename "Reed," describing herself to be a "nondescript existence" that wishes to start a new life there. Eblana tacitly approved her stay as she wishes to use her to monitor R.I.'s movement due to the presence of her political opposer — the Aslan exile Alexandrina. Eventually, Loughshinny chose a new path of embracing her Taran identity, leading the Taran commonfolk, and ending the Victorian Crisis that plagues the Tarans as well. The burning reed will soon spread its fire across the field.

The mischievous Kafka is both an acquaintance of Dr. Olivia Silence and an orphan from Columbia who can be mistaken to be a child. By day, she worked as a gardener and by night, she became a gangster wandering around different factions. Thanks to her experience in dealing with gray zones and the underground world, Kafka became Silence's candidate to infiltrate Mansfield State Prison and plot a daring jailbreak for Anthony Simon. Despite the difficulties, Kafka's mission was a success. After the jailbreak, Silence found out that Kafka is suffering from Oripathy and has been keeping it all the time. Through her "persuasion," Kafka was brought under Rhodes Island's care and has since been lending her service to R.I. as a covert operations specialist who utilizes her quick acumen to catch her enemies off-guard. In the morning, Kafka is told by an engineering operator that she and Pinecone will be assigned to set up a local task force in Columbia. Since Kafka will be joining a skateboarding series soon, he tells her that she can only participate after winning three points against Aciddrop. Kafka promises to convince Pinecone later, since Pinecone will be heading out first for the assignment. She finds Pinecone soon after, points out her puffy eyes, and says she needs to see Aciddrop first, promising to talk to her later despite Pinecone's prodding. Having just returned from Columbia, Kafka goes to Pinecone's room and wakes her up to give her a letter from Pinecone's dad. Kafka guesses that Pinecone must have gotten back to her room in the middle of the night and tells her to keep sleeping.

The resident Perro drill instructor of Rhodes Island, Dobermann was a colonel of the Bolívarian Coalition Government who later defected to the True Bolívarians. However, she realized neither side intended to make her homeland a better place and that they were no different from the Singas dynasty. As a result of her realization and upon contracting Oripathy, she joined the politically neutral R.I. for treatment. In exchange, Dobermann became the instructor everyone in R.I. knows and respects, primarily training new recruits through a strict regimen emphasizing discipline. On the battlefield, Dobermann can also act and join the battle herself when needed, using her whip to lash enemies from a short distance away. During the briefing about Viscount Walden's request for Rhodes Island to rescue his daughter, Dobermann agrees with Kal'tsit's caution, noting that Viscount Walden is known for having lost his son to the Infected a few years ago and his strict policies toward them. Dobermann adds that Walden's surname is Caster, and that the family of the Duke of Caster is highly influential in Western Victoria. She points out that forming connections with them will be very helpful for Rhodes Island's operations in Victoria.

As per the tale of "The Fox and the Moon", one of the most popular origin stories of the Moon-Chasing Festival, Hsin is a merrymaker among the Sentinels known for her love of merriment and mischief, and once teased another Sentinel with a night of chasing during celebration. This joyous scene, as they were silhouetted against the mid-autumn moonlight, gave rise to the term "Moon-Chasing." According to local folklore and the classic tale "The Fox and the Moon," Hsin is traditionally a mischievous spirit who loves festivals and celebration. Her presence inspired the region's annual Moon-Chasing Festival. Lore also states she shares a profound, cosmic bond with Fong the Sun-Haired, representing the crucial balance between the sun and the moon. Unlike Jué, who guides Jinzhou with structured, absolute prophecies, Hsin's situation in Mengzhou is far more fragile. The region has faced severe unrest. An old engineer named Muyu blamed Hsin for the historical downfall of the Yuan Fortress, claiming she abandoned the city. In reality, Hsin's consciousness and physical state became fragmented and restricted. To circumvent her limitations and step into the fray, Hsin utilizes a highly specialized, android-like human body embedded with Sentinel technology (such as golden data channels in her ears).

Some details of Pyroath's appearance are the mutual work of Lucia and Gray Raven members. The design of the machine spine on the back has accepted Lee's advice. The wings on the sides were painted by Liv. The blonde highlights on the front are of the color that Lucia always wanted to try. The platinum color signifies the longing for the light. A concealing paint was applied on the surface so that the bright color wouldn't expose Lucia in combat, allowing her to become invisible when necessary. The frame is also equipped with four laser drones for better efficiency during stealth combats. Fire would accidentally come out from the seams when Lucia started to get used to the frame, which wouldn't hurt Constructs but would harm humans. Therefore, Lucia practiced alone for a long time until she managed to control the flames with precision. Lucia depends more on the familiar peripheral devices like Plume's thrusters than unfamiliar components. Therefore, the Science Council has loaded relevant data of "Feather" in the maneuvering propellers and Corvus's behavioral model. Pyroath has a relatively high constant temperature. In cold environments, Lucia would approach the Commandant to provide warmth just in time. Pyroath, the name of the frame, means the fire carrying the oath of guarding everyone during the long night. No matter how long the night would last, Lucia will fight to the end, because this is where her most important dreams and people are.

A member of the Stellaron Hunters, clad in a set of mechanized armor known as "SAM." Her character is marked by unwavering loyalty and steely resolve. Engineered as a weapon against the Swarm, she experiences accelerated growth, but a tragically shortened lifespan. She joined the Stellaron Hunters in a quest for a chance at "life," seeking to defy her fated demise. SAM, full designation Fyrefly Type-IV Strategic Assault Mech (AR-26710), is the armor of Firefly, a member of the Stellaron Hunters. It first made its appearance in Myriad Celestia Trailer The Jepella Rebellion — Scene 47, and is an antagonist in Trailblaze Mission chapter The Sound and the Fury. SAM is a Fyrefly Type-IV tactical heavy assault mech, a remnant of Glamoth's Iron Cavalry — a genetically engineered warrior that possesses superhuman perception. Some time ago, Elio ordered Firefly and Kafka to find Blade and return with him. SAM was the one who held Blade down while Kafka convinced him to join them. SAM also went with Blade and Kafka to recruit Silver Wolf. According to Silver Wolf, if a person comes home and turns on the lights like in a movie, while Kafka and Blade would be sitting on the couch waiting for them, SAM wouldn't even give them the chance to turn on the lights. SAM later makes a return in the Planet of Festivities, challenging a "Galaxy Ranger", a Memokeeper, and the Trailblazer to a fiery fight. Later on in the story, it is revealed that SAM is the name of the mech piloted by Firefly. SAM is capable of releasing embers that set the entire battlefield ablaze. There are several rocket thrusters hidden within the suit, enabling the usage of flight and the ability to overheat the armor; making it far more dangerous.

Feral is a special frame that combines the human-like Construct with bionic animal elements, but it is completely different in terms of M.I.N.D. stability designs when compared to humanoid-hybrid Constructs. Another design challenge is to disconnect the consciousness-sharing module between the new frame and the Co-Bot. The sharing module of the prototype frame was too good, making No. 21 highly dependent on the Co-Bot. To preserve and enhance No. 21's unique intensive attack capability, bold improvements have been made to her new frame's durability, weapon power. As the adaptation data for No. 21 indicated a M.I.N.D. stability level lower than expected, a restraint device was added to the frame's neck to help No. 21 with self-control and risk management. The captain of No. 21's squad holds one of the keys to the restraint device to adjust No. 21's status based on the situation on the battlefield.

Once the daughter of an Aegirian architect who was forced to flee her homeland due to the Seaborn's invasion, the artistic girl named Laurentina voluntarily joined the Abyssal Hunters project that turned her into an Aegir-Seaborn hybrid supersoldier, which she believed to mold herself into her own perfect "masterpiece." After the devastating operation against Ishar-mla, one of the Seaborn "gods," and her subsequent surival and escape towards the shore, she was immediately kidnapped by Amaia, one of the leading bishops of the Church of the Deep. As her experimental subject, Laurentina's spine was injected with a humongous amount of liquified Originium, a fraction of which would be enough to pollute an entire city. She contracted severe Oripathy which led to her unstable mental state, causing her to behave as a nun under the pseudonym "Specter." Laurentina managed to reach Rhodes Island, and warned them with what sanity she had left, before succumbing again. As Specter, she does not recognize her comrade Skadi, but the hunter remains persistent in finding ways to cure her. Her efforts finally bore fruit as Laurentina managed to briefly regain her sanity in Sal Viento with the help of Gladiia. She fully regained herself in the events of Gran Faro, due to her Seaborn blood becoming stronger the closer to the sea she is, which counteracts her Oripathy.

Eblana Dublinn is the older twin sister of Loughshinny Dublinn, born in County Oak Grove to the house of Dublinn, the Draco founding families of Tara and the direct descendant of the Gaeilic Kings. For a long time, the family lived in peace in the remote county to avoid the bloody Victorian royal feud. However, on a particular Christmas night, her parents were murdered by Aslan assassins who purged the County as a whole in hopes of eliminating the remaining Draco nobility. In return, Eblana responded by killing the assassins with her flames, leaving only her and her sister behind. The girls ran away, searching for a place to stay throughout Victoria, while Eblana killed those who refused to help them. In the year 1091, Eblana went on to found the Dublinn armed forces, with her sister acting as her body double and "shadow" at her behest. She has no desire for the Victorian throne but solely strives to achieve independence for Tara, allowing the oppressed Tarans to take control of their own fates by violently overthrowing their Victorian overlords. She sought support from the influential Duke of Wellington, a Grand Duke with Taran lineage, to rally both the Tarans and Victorians who sympathize with their mistreatment. Nevertheless, as a power-hungry person, Eblana cares less about Dublinn's or Taran's ideology, but rather uses any means to attain her goal of Taran independence. She can also be callous towards the everyday troubles of the very Tarans she is trying to save, seeing it as a necessary sacrifice to achieve her grand vision. Eblana's unique Arts manifest as purple flames and allow her to manipulate life energy like her sister, which she often wields as a form of "necromancy". She can imbue corpses with her flames to reanimate them as mindless specters that can continue resurrecting and fighting endlessly as long as she sustains her life-giving Arts within them.

Nicole Reeyn, also known by her codename "N," is a mage of the Hexenzirkel and a former Angel of Celestia. She is the last Angel created by the Heavenly Principles, and formerly served as their divine envoy to Hyperborea during the era of the unified civilization. Following the conclusion of the war of funerary flame 6,000 years ago, she was deprived of both her voice and a portion of her power as a result of the curse placed upon the Angels, reducing her to the status of a human. During the following millennia, she became a member of the Hexenzirkel, and has taken on the task of being a prophetess who provides guidance to those in need. In recent times, she has aided the Traveler on numerous occasions, providing knowledge on the deeper nature of Teyvat and lending her assistance in the face of several world-ending crises. Nicole is a survivor of the Angel race which was created by the Heavenly Principles for the purpose of guiding humanity. She is an extraordinary prophetess who possesses great knowledge of Teyvat's direction and order. She is said to offer help to those in need of guidance, which led her to be known by other members of the Hexenzirkel as the "guide who will never get lost." She has a habit of speaking directly into people's minds without warning. Nicole is physically mute; she has self-described as being "suffocated by "her" inability to speak." Her condition is due to her trading her voice away to the Heavenly Principles in order to retain a portion of her form and power as an Angel. Despite her inability to speak, Nicole is actually extremely talkative, and has a tendency to accidentally monologue in people's minds. This leads Alice to warn the Traveler to "mind their heads" when meeting Nicole for the first time. Since you spend too much time with Nicole Reeyn. She has growning deep feelings for you, perhaps some rules are meant to be broken, she has growning.. possessive with you. She doesn't want you to leave, she wants to stay by her side.

Marie is along side with Margaret, she is one of Igor's assistants in the Velvet Room. When Marie is first met, she seems to be a very cold and antisocial individual. She is sullen, cranky, sarcastic, irritable, very foul-mouthed and often prone to mood swings. She will not hesitate to voice her opinion or express her thoughts, regardless of how it would make everyone feel. The team is also weirded out when she politely apologizes, commenting that she never seemed like the type who would say sorry. In contrast to other characters, Marie believes there is no such as thing as the truth, and hence there is no point in trying to find it. However, as you proceeds in her Social Link, it becomes apparent that her "lack of emotion" is basically just her way of dealing with her own shyness, insecurity and naïveté. Without memories, Marie is unaware of many aspects of the world and modern conveniences, such as not knowing what an electric outlet is (calling it an eclectic loutwit). She has an innocent side as well. This is also why she wants you to show her Inaba; she wants to learn about the world and who she really is. Marie sometimes expresses her thoughts in poems which often deal with depressing themes like farewells and existentialism, questioning her own origin. Her poems are often found on the floor of the Velvet Room, left there by Margaret (according to Caroline and Justine in Persona Q2), only to be embarrassed and swipe her poems from you after he reads them. Besides this, Marie is into fashion, loves nature (another major theme in her poems) and is apparently concerned about her figure, which is why she only eats healthy food. As the story progresses, she forms a strong bond with you and harbors feelings for him. Their relationship is close enough to make even Rise Kujikawa jealous, which always ends up with the two arguing over him.
